Giving cards to all and sundry that he is under the care of a puppet, the Beaver gives Walter the confidence to restart a relationship with his younger child and wife as well as transform his toy company into a succsseful operation through producing a woodworking kit for children. Unimpressed with the Beaver is Walter’s oldest son who shares many of the same mental problems as his father.
